AD574ASE/883B is a high-performance analog-to-digital converter in the Data Acquisition - Analog to Digital Converters (ADC). It provides excellent performance, low power consumption and wide dynamic range. The AD574ASE/883B is a versatile, low-power A/D converter integrating the most popular analog-to-digital conversion techniques, yielding a resolution of up to 16 bits. It is suitable for instrumentation and control applications requiring low voltage, low duty cycle and high speed.
The AD574ASE/883B has an on-chip multiplexer to select from 8 single-ended analog inputs or 4 differential input pairs, with an input voltage range from -3.3V to +3.3V. This multiplexer allows for user programmable settings for low volta[ge applications. Through the use of a 0.25uS output latch, the AD574ASE/883B can capture data from multiple scan paths. The output latch allows for flexible configurations, thus enabling a variety of complex applications.
The AD574ASE/883B supports different output interfaces, such as PULSE, 3 wire, 2 wire & 4 wire bus operation. Its output impedance is adjustable within a range of 1-15 Ohms. And the throughput rate of this device can be set up to 50-kSPS. In addition, it has an internal or external reference voltage option, allowing for precise adjustment of the output voltage.
