The AD664BE digital to analog converter (DAC) is a programmable, high performance 16-bit monolithic converter used for data acquisition applications. The device is designed to deliver superior linearity, low distortion and high speed (up to 100 MSPS) performance. It has an extended temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.

The AD664BE provides 16-bit resolution over a full scale range of 0 to 20 VDC. The unit is factory programmed to a minimum full scale range of 0.1 to 20 VDC. The output of the converter can be linearly scaled by adjusting a voltage bias control or a pair of resistors. The AD664BE can also be used in multiplexed and interleaved applications.

The AD664BE offers four separate programmable digital inputs (SDI, SCLK, FSEL and SBCLK) that can be programmed individually.
