AD676JNZ is a 8-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for a wide range of applications including medical, industrial, consumer and automotive. The converter and its associated circuits are multiplexed to reduce board space, and its excellent dynamic performance is achieved within a 5V supply, offering an unusually wide range of features. The AD676JNZ includes a low power configuration mode, fast conversion time and a high resolution, making it one of the most suitable solutions for any data acquisition or analog-to-digital signal conditioning system.

The AD676JNZ conversion architecture allows for very fast conversion times, and a selectable, single-ended or differential input assures flexibility.
