The AD9154BCPZ is a high performance, monolithic, 6-bit, 5 GSPS intermediate frequency digital-to-analog converter (DAC) for wireless communication systems. It consists of a high-speed differential clock synthesizer and two 6-bit DACs with factory configurable output power. It supports applications in frequency bands from 896 MHz to 5900 MHz and can be used to convert digital samples from intermediate frequency (IF) digital interface to RF analog signals in the frequency domain.
