Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs) provide a key function in a variety of consumer electronic systems. The AD9643-250EBZ is a low-power, single-channel A/D converter and features excellent AC and DC performance. The device is specified for a 10-bit accuracy over the temperature range of −40°C to +105°C. The AD9643-250EBZ operates on a single 5 V to 3.3 V supply and is specified with different signal ranges depending on the operating voltage.
