The ADCMP606BKSZ-RL is a low-voltage, dual-channel, ultra-low-power comparator as part of Analog Devices\' Linear - Comparators series. It features a 10µA typical integrated current source, 80ns typical response time and a 7µA low-power standby mode. The ADCMP606BKSZ-RL adopts the ultra-low-power requirement for the Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) comparator and voltage threshold applications. It sets the low-voltage and supply current limits for ultra-low-power systems (<1 µA) and delivers ultra-high speed that is ideal for applications needing tight noise margin and high speed accuracy. In addition, it operates from 0.85V to 5.25V supply voltage range. All of this allows the ADCMP606BKSZ-RL to provide a cost effective, reliable solution with very low power dissipation.
The ADCMP606BKSZ-RL features a wide supply range, high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and excellent input common-mode and supply-voltage rejection ratios. It also has excellent offset and drift performance with a wide supply range and low supply current, which enables high-speed operation. The device is also available in a tiny SC-70 and SOT-23 packages. The open output allows it to be connected directly to a variety of different digital-processing paths such as Open-Drain, Single-Ended and Differential-Ended.
The ADCMP606BKSZ-RL\'s working principle is quite simple. It compares two input voltages to determine which one is greater. The input pins may be used either for single-ended voltage comparison or for differential voltage-comparison.
