ADF5002BCPZ-RL7 is an integrated synthesizer with a high yield ratio and excellent isolation performance. It is mainly used for applications requiring large-scale integration (LSI) with low-power consumption. ADF5002BCPZ-RL7 is a fully integrated PLL frequency synthesizer chip designed for use in a wide variety of RF communication and other high frequency applications.
