ADG1404YRUZ-REEL7 is an analog switch device belonging to the interface family consisting of analog switches, multiplexers and demultiplexers. The ADG1404YRUZ-REEL7 is a high-bandwidth, high-speed CMOS video switch designed to be a drop-in replacement of the widely used DG406. It offers low-resistive analog switching in a single 5x5 mm, 16-pin QFN package.

The ADG1404YRUZ-REEL7 provides minimal signal distortion between low-level analog signals, offering a wide ±2.0 V signal range for differential signals. This switch device features low power consumption, wide bandwidth, low-on resistance and low gate charge, making it suitable for applications such as video switching, video routing, analog multiplexer/demultiplexer and video delay line. It also provides fast switching capabilities with a 2.3 ns maximum delay time.

The ADG1404YRUZ-REEL7 device contains four analog single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switches within its single package, allowing for the switching of four independent analog signals. These switches are built on advanced CMOS technology and are optimized for low power and fast switching. The devices feature low-on-resistance (RON) of 0.15 Ω, low-on-capacitance (C ON ) of 2.6pF, low-off-resistance (ROFF) of 150M Ω, and low-on-delay time (t ON ) of 0.5 ns.
