Working Principle

The SJM304BCC multiplexer has three differential channels with a channel-to-channel isolation level of greater than 25V. Each channel is controlled by two enable inputs, resulting in eight output states. The device is enabled by an enable (EN) signal. When EN is low, the selected channel is available at the output. When an enable signal is applied, the device switches to the desired channel.

A logic low on either enable input in the enabling pair will result in the output of the Other channel. Each switch will open during disabled states. The output will be in Hi-Z state. The device is designed with a wide input voltage range to ensure reliable switch operation and good performance of the device.

The SJM304BCC is also a low-power device with a low on-resistance of 6.25Ohms and a low-voltage leakage of 2nA @ VDDIO = 2.7V. The device is available in a 24-pin surface mounted package which makes it easy to use and integrate into various applications.
