The ADG1433YCPZ-REEL - Interface - Analog Switches, Multiplexers, Demultiplexers, is a monolithic CMOS quad analog switch designed for use in on-board signal routing applications requiring extremely low off-state leakage current. The device contains 4 independently selectable switches. The ADG1433YCPZ-REEL provides on-chip control circuitry and logic to enable use with a single control signal. The ADG1433YCPZ-REEL is available in 16-pin LLP, SOIC Ned and 3 mm × 3 mm 16-ball WLCSP packages.
ADG1433YCPZ-REEL application fields include a wide range of signal routing applications such as signal switching, cross-point switching, level translation, signal inversion, signal distribution and signal conditioning. The device also has applications in digital audio and video routing. ADG1433YCPZ-REEL is well suited for any application where low off-state leakage and high performer signal switching is needed.
The ADG1433YCPZ-REEL is a CMOS quad analog switch designed for use with no external components. The device has four independently controlled switch channels and an on-chip control logic for pin SCH (switch control). This control signal uses a low supply voltage, typically 1.65V, and a low power dissipation, typically 0.6 mW, making the device suitable for battery-powered applications. The control logic is configurable, allowing different configurations from single to four channel control.
The ADG1433YCPZ-REEL offers low on-resistance and very low off-leakage for its channel switching. The on-resistance ranges from 0.5Ω to 3Ω.
