1. Describe
The ADG804YRMZ is a low voltage 4-channel CMOS multiplexer Includes four single channels. The device provides ultra-low On-resistance is less than 0.8 Ω over temperature. Digital inputs can handle 1.8 V logic and 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply. The ADG804YRMZ switches one of four inputs to a common output, D, composed of 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1 and A logic 0 on the Chinese EN pin disables the device. ADG804YRMZ Features a break-before-make switch. ADG804YRMZ is fully compatible with 3.3 V, 2.5 V and 1.8 V supplies Operation. It is packaged in a 10-pin MSOP.
