The ADG819BRTZ-REEL7 is a high-speed monolithic CMOS analog switch designed specifically for use in 1.8 to 5.5V systems. The device offers excellent RON and low power consumption, making it ideal for a wide range of applications including industrial, automotive, and consumer applications. The device has two channels with independently controlled switches and can be used for multiplexing/demultiplexing or signal switching. The switches can be controlled by a single logic line (on/off control) or by two different logic lines (select/enable control).

The ADG819BRTZ-REEL7 monolithic CMOS analog switches combine low on-resistance and low power consumption in a single package. The low on-resistance is achieved by utilizing a special dual switch architecture that allows each switch to be individually optimized for low on-resistance. The device also provides very low power consumption due to its CMOS construction and wide range of operating voltages.

The switches are controlled by two logic other inputs, one active-low enable (EN) input and one active-high select (SEL) input. The EN input is used to enable/disable the two switches, while the SEL input is used to select between the two different switches. When both EN and SEL are high, the two switches are off. When EN is high and SEL is low, the first switch is enabled and the second switch is disabled. When EN is low and SEL is high, the first switch is disabled and the second switch is enabled. The ADG819BRTZ-REEL7 has extremely low on-resistance which minimizes signal distortion in multiplexing/demultiplexing or signal switching applications.
