It offers adjustable threshold that allows users to select reset thresholds of 1.5V, 2.0V, 2.5V and 3.0V. It features a maximum response time of 150µs and an input voltage range from 1.62V and 6V. The reset output is an open drain logic output and has active-low logic state with a sinking capability up to 8mA. The reset output is open drain, thus multiple ADM1066ACPZ-REEL devices can be connected together to extend the reset assertion.The device incorporates a delay feature which prevents false positive reset developments due to brief power glitches. It also includes a power-on reset (POR) output for initialization and can be used for various purposes like validating system reset operation. The ADM1066ACPZ-REEL has an output de-assertion delay time adjustable from 800ms to 2.2s. The device also features an enhanced power-on reset delay which is adjustable from 2.2s to 89s.The ADM1066ACPZ-REEL is designed to be used in combination with systems powered by microprocessors and other low-voltage or field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). It is pin-compatible with other voltage supervisor devices of similar family and is also backward compatible with many existing supervisors.
