ADN4663BRZ is a high-performance, low-power, differential-receiving pre-amplifier for driving R-LDS and FDDI transceivers. It is designed to operate with a wide variety of transceivers including IEEE 802.3 100BASE-T and 1000BASE-T Ethernet family, as well as 10BASE-T, ANSI X3T11 Fibre Channel, ATM and other data communication systems. The ADN4663BRZ is a complete receiver solution that includes a differential-receiving pre-amplifier and two integrated post amplifiers in one package. The integrated post amplifiers provide a wide input dynamic range and offer high data rate performance.
The ADN4663BRZ is ideal for use in low-power, space-constrained systems such as 1000BASE-T and 100Mbit/s Ethernet, ATM and FDDI transceivers. The device includes two differential inputs and two differential outputs. The external R-LDS interface is integrated and can drive up to 100Mbps of data rate with a low DC current consumption. The ADN4663BRZ is capable of driving up to 800 mA of current for each output.
The ADN4663BRZ is designed for differential signal input and output from transceivers. The differential inputs of ADN4663BRZ provide a wide input dynamic range and allow for the transmission of digital signals over a wide range of frequencies. The integrated post amplifiers offer maximum signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) performance for frequency-agile signal processing applications.
