The ADP151ACBZ-1.2-R7 linear voltage regulator, a member of Analog Devices’ Power by Linear Voltage Regulators, is an adjustable sub-microamp low drop out (LDO) voltage regulator with a 1.2V nominal output. It has an input voltage range of 1.35V to 5.5V, an output current of up to 150mA, and an on-chip transistor with a shutdown mode.
