An adjustable current limit circuitry and a thermal shutdown circuit protect the device against overload and excessive junction temperature.The ADP2503ACPZ-4.2-R7 has a fixed-frequency, and it is designed to eliminate several external components by integrating functions such as the soft-start, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, ground sense and output voltage feedback.
