PMIC – Gate Drivers are integrated circuits that control power MOSFETs and IGBTs. The ADP3654ARDZ-RL is a low-voltage, low-power gate driver for N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs with integrated bootstrap diodes. It provides an efficient, monolithic, and low-cost solution for driving high current N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a wide range of power management and motor control applications.

This device enables the gate of the MOSFET or IGBT to be controlled by a system controller employing very low voltages. It is capable of operating from a supply voltage range of 3.3V to 15V and provides an output current up to 600mA, making it suitable for driving high-current N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs without the need for external gate drive circuits.
