This gate driver is a true DC solution, and is offered in a 3x3x0.84mm 16L-pad package.The LM5111-3MYX/NOPB is a low voltage, high performance gate driver that is capable of operating at a maximum supply voltage of 28V, and is capable of switching peak voltages up to 300V. This gate driver also provides a wide common-mode input range of 5V to 28V, allowing it to drive larger N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs up to 1200V. The LM5111-3MYX/NOPB provides superior drive current for high switching speed applications and features an integrated dead time generator for phase shift control.The LM5111-3MYX/NOPB also features integrated protection features, such as ground fault protection, as well as over-temperature, over-voltage, and under-voltage protection.
