The LM27222SD is a PolyPhase™ Synchronous Drive High Side and Low Side MOSFET Gate Driver designed to drive high power N-Channel MOSFETs in synchronous DC/DC converter applications. The LM27222SD is capable of driving external MOSFETs with up to 20A source and up to 25A sink current.
