ADP667ANZ is a linear voltage regulator specifically designed for low standby power applications. It provides precision over-voltage protection, adjustable current-limit, over-temperature protection, small size and low power consumption. ADP667ANZ consists of an adjustable low dropout voltage regulator, current-limit and over-temperature protection circuit.
