In the process, Analog to Digital Converters (ADC) play a vital role to accurately convert the signals from the analog realm to the digital realm. ADS1211UG4 is one such device which can be used as an ADC.

ADS1211UG4 is 16-bit Analog-to-Digital converter (ADC) with conversion speed up to 200 kHz. It can achieve ultra-high performance with a SNR between 86 dB to 89 dB, and a low-noise density of 0.5 µVpp. The ADS1211UG4 is equipped with three analog multiplexers, allowing it to measure up to 16 different input signals. It is a superior device for low-noise and high-precision signal processing of multiple channels.

ADS1211UG4 offers a wide range of features such as an industry-leading signal-to-noise ratio and low output noise peak. It offers superior accuracy, resolution and low noise performance with ±1 LSB INL at a sampling rate of 180 kHz. Additionally, it features a built-in Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA) to provide gain ranges of ±0.25, ±1, ±4, ±8, ±16 and ±32 with a maximum S/N of 89 dB. It also provides multiplexer options for channel swapping and data combining and a Reference controller.
