ADS1211UG4 is one such device which can be used as an ADC.
ADS1211UG4 is 16-bit Analog-to-Digital converter (ADC) with conversion speed up to 200 kHz. It can achieve ultra-high performance with a SNR between 86 dB to 89 dB, and a low-noise density of 0.5 µVpp. The ADS1211UG4 is equipped with three analog multiplexers, allowing it to measure up to 16 different input signals.
