Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs) are very common in many applications. They are used to convert analog signals into digital forms. Evaluation boards are a kind of boards that have been designed specifically for testing and evaluating ADC\'s performance and features. One such board is the ADS4128EVM, which is used for the evaluation of ADC\'s related to ADS4128EVM applications.

The working principle of the ADS4128EVM board is based on the SAR ADC architecture. In this case, the 14-bit ADC is used to convert the analog input signal into a digital signal. Every cycle, the DAC applies a sample of the analog input signal to the comparator and then the counter is incremented, until the comparator output is equal to the reference voltage.
