The ADS5433EVM evaluation board is an ultra-low-noise single-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed to accurately detect and monitor analog voltage inputs. It is part of a family of devices used to evaluate the performance of the ADS5433, 14-bit, 500MSPS, Time-Interleaved Data Converter, and is typically used in applications such as communication, software-defined radio, digital image acquisition, digital storage oscilloscopes, medical imaging, and more.

The ADS5433EVM is a complete evaluation platform, including the ADS5433 ADC device, an analog-to-digital interface, and USB-based software for comprehensive characterization and measurement of key ADC performance. The ADC device includes 3 low-power, 14-bit, 500 MSPS, Time-Interleaved Data Converters, and the USB-based software enables evaluation of SNR, SFDR, ENOB, and many other performance parameters. The ADS5433EVM is designed to provide accurate, real-time data acquisition of up to 500-MSPS in both the single-ended and the differential mode. The analog-to-digital converter device offers a low-latency design as well as programmable gain and offset settings. The provides precise gain and offset compensation, making the ADS5433EVM ideal for evaluation applications that require very accurate ADC conversion results. Additionally, the board can be operated from an external supply, or powered from a USB port.
