ADS54J64EVM is an evaluation board designed to speed up the development of high accuracy, ultra-low phase and distortion 24-bit Analog-to-Digital converters (ADCs). It provides a comprehensive platform for the evaluation and testing of energy efficient and high speed applications. The board includes a wide variety of embedded features, including a 24-bit ADC with selectable sample rates up to 5.5 MSPS/4 MSPS (optional), an integrated power management system, and SPI and I²C ports. It also includes an on-board oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer for debugging analog signals and providing insight into the system performance. Additionally, ADS54J64EVM has support for a variety of software development tools, such as development kits from ADI, Code Composer Studio, and TivaWare.
ADS54J64EVM is designed to be a versatile evaluation board for the development of analog-to-digital converter applications. The board features a low power 24-bit ADC with sampling rates of up to 5.5 MSPS/4 MSPS, which allow for high resolution, low distortion, ultra-low phaseoperation. ADS54J64EVM evaluation board utilizes a 16-bit Microcontroller (MPU) for system control and data processing, as well as an on-board 32-bit Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for digital signal processing. The high speed digital I/O pins are also jumper enabled to support various interface standards, including LVDS, HART, RS-232C, SPI, I2C, and 460 mA current loop.
