ADT7463ARQ is a member of a family of industry advanced power management IC (PMIC) solution, providing a complete and efficient thermal management solution for the end customers. In the control side, the ADT7463ARQ supports both PWM and pulse-width modulation (PWM) based temperature control and supports two independent control loops for different temperature control modes. The ADT7463ARQ also provides a flexible and robust fan speed control circuitry with programmable minimum and maximum fan speed settings. This unique adapter allows more flexible and user-friendly system setup, preventing the fan speed from exceeding the recommended levels.
In addition, the ADT7463ARQ also supports system level thermal management functions such as thermal throttling and shutdown.
