The ADUM4135BRWZ is a high-performance isolator based on iCoupler® technology, an advanced isolation technology that integrates monolithic high-speed CMOS and high-voltage charge-transfer for communications across an isolation barrier without the use of optical components. The ADUM4135BRWZ provides an isolation voltage (Viso) of 4.5 kV peak, a data rate up to 500 Mbps, common-mode transient immunity of >25 kV/μs, and extended temperature range up to +105°C. In addition, the ADUM4135BRWZ’s signal and power isolation helps protect sensitive signals from power line transients and spikes.
