ADV8005KBCZ-8C is a high definition video decoder featured with industry standard AnalogDevices VideoPlus technology. This device is mainly used for decoding being received through Component or HDMI interfaces. Video information is decoded, by ADV8005KBCZ-8C, into YCbCr, NCV (non-compressed video) or RGB formats, depending on the usage requirements.
ADV8005KBCZ-8C is suitable for decoding standard definition analog and digital resolutions and supports deep color (YCrCb 10/12/16-bit). It has strong capability for handling a variety of colorspaces (from 601 to 2020) during decoding. Besides, it supports various formats in digital interface, such as RGB and YUV 4:4:4/4:2:2 sampling, as well as ITU-R BT.656 and optional HDCP for HDMI sources.
