Working Principle

ADW1209HT works as an electrically operated switch which is controlled by an electromagnet. When a current is supplied to the electromagnet, the relay\'s contacts move, activating the circuit that is connected to the relay. When the current is cut off, the electromagnet is turned off and the contacts return to their original position. The predetermined breaking capacity will be used for the current flowing through the contacts of the relay. Normally the power relay contact is open when current is off and the contact is closed when current is on.The power relay has a case with two metal contacts inside it and the inner contact is connected to an armature. The armature activates the magnet and, when energized, pulls the armature and contacts together. The power relay contacts are open until the armature is pulled in when the voltage is applied. The power relay provides protection against overloads, short circuits, overvoltages, and undervoltages that can occur due to different components of the circuit.
