The ADZS-CM408F-EZBRD evaluation board is designed to provide a complete development platform featuring the Texas Instruments\' TM4C123GH6PM application processor. This board has been designed to facilitate the development and testing of applications for use with the MCU, DSP and embedded systems.The TM4C123GH6PM application processor combines an 80MIPs 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 and a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), allowing the designer to embed applications that require both high-performance digital signal processing (DSP) and analog circuitry. The on-board peripherals include several communication interfaces such as UART, I2C, USB, SPI, and GPIO. Additionally, support for external peripherals is also provided through several expansion connections such as the I2C-bus, MicroBus, P/JTAG, and external memory through the FPGA block. There are also several control functions such as a power switch and reset buttons as well as LEDs and test points for debugging purposes.The ADZS-CM408F-EZBRD evaluation board utilizes several features that allow for an efficient development process. The on-board Real-Time Clock and Supervisor IC allow for accurate timekeeping features and are capable of powering the MCU and peripherals when the main power supply is disconnected. Additionally, the built-in debugging capabilities enabled by the ARM JTAG port allow designers to quickly debug and test various applications and code designs.The ADZS-CM408F-EZBRD evaluation board provides a wide range of development and testing capabilities for applications that require both digital and analog circuitry.
