RF Front Ends (LNAs + PAs) provide functions such as signal amplification, signal reception, signal transmission, signal noise reduction, signal detection and signal immunity enhancement. In order to achieve better performance, RF Front Ends must be designed to meet certain technical criteria and needs.
The AFEM-8007-SG1 RF Front End solution is a cost-effective, multi-functional front end solution optimized for ultra-low power and small size applications. Its unique features include low power consumption, wide working frequency range, high gain and low noise operation. This makes it ideal for wireless communication, wireless Internet of Things (IoT) applications, wireless sensor networks and other low power applications.
The AFEM-8007-SG1 RF Front End solution is composed of a LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) and a PA(Power Amplifier). The LNA amplifies the weak input signal to a level suitable for further processing while preventing noise from entering the system. The PA amplifies the input signal to the required power level for transmission.
The AFEM-8007-SG1 LNA is capable of providing a high gain of up to 17 dB while maintaining a low noise figure of only 1.6 dB. It has a wide working frequency range of 50MHz-3GHz, which makes it suitable for a wide variety of wireless applications. It also features a programmable gain setting, which allows the user to select the appropriate gain setting to achieve maximum performance.
The AFEM-8007-SG1 PA is a highly efficient integrated module designed to provide a power output from 1 Watt to 4 Watts. It has a wide working frequency range of 50MHz-6GHz and supports multiple modulation formats. It also features an output power control, which allows the user to set the desired output power level.
The AFEM-8007-SG1 RF Front End solution provides a very good balance between performance, cost and size.
