AFP7END Application Field and Working Principle
The AFP7END is a core component in the speed regulation control and control systems of various production processes. In the fields of chemical, textile, paper, mining, agriculture, petrochemical, and other industries, AFP7END provides a stable speed regulation control for production processes, significantly enhancing the efficiency and performance. It is widely used in machines such as fans, pumps, conveyers, hoists, crushers, grinders, and other production processes.
The main purpose of the AFP7END is to detect the rotational speed and comprehend the operating speed of the external equipment. It cooperates with the speed regulation system to keep the rotational speed constant and respond to changes in the operating conditions, avoiding large fluctuations and outputting high-quality stable electricity. This is accomplished by measuring the induction voltage of the motor and feeding back the output speed signal to the system.
The AFP7END provides a two-stage speed regulation, where the speed regulation range is large, the speed regulation precision is high, the control accuracy is high, and the speed stability is strong. The control mode of the AFP7END is divided into two types: field-oriented control and vector-controlled control. In field-oriented control, the magnetizing current and flux are used as the speed regulation instruction quantity, and the field vector control principle is adopted to regulate the motor torque. Vector-controlled speeds up the speed adjustment range and greatly improve the speed control precision. The vector control system also includes current control and speed/torque control.
The AFP7END can be widely used in asynchronous or synchronous servo motors and adjust the speed, torque output, and mechanical output for the motors. It can complete a variety of functions such as starting, stopping, acceleration, deceleration, forward/reverse switching, and emergency stop. The motor system set by this system has good dynamic characteristics and helps to save energy and reduce equipment costs. The vector control system uses symmetrical components to decompose the three-phase voltage and current, which helps in balancing the phase current. That allows us to realized fast current distortion compensation, improve the waveform quality of the motor, and reduce the current harmonic content.
