AI412FFW is a state-of-the-art sensing platform developed by InterTech and designed to support advanced features in robotics and automated systems. It is a General-Purpose, multi-channel, 12/24-bit, analog interface converter (A/D) and expansion module for various applications. The basic architecture includes three main components: the Analog Front End (AFE); the A/D A/D Conversion Module (ACM); and the Expansion Board.

AI412FFW\'s main application field is the sensing and detection of physical parameters such as pressure, temperature, light, acceleration, sound, etc. AI412FFW provides a total of 12 analogue input channels that are connected to various sensors for detection of the physical parameters. The analog signals are then converted to a digital form by the ACM for further processing. The converted digital signals are then output to the Expansion Board for user-defined data outputs and interface connections. Interfaces from the Expansion Board can then be connected to different external devices for communication or control.
