AMG8854M01 is an advanced temperature sensing device with both analog and digital output signals. This device is used in applications that require temperature measurements accurately and quickly. The module also contains an analog-to-digital convertor that converts the thermopile output into digital values.The main working principle of the AMG8854M01 is based on the Stefan- Boltzmann law, which states that the power emitted by an object is proportional to the fourth power of its temperature. This module can accurately measure temperatures in an 8x8 grid of 64 elements each with a temperature range of 0°C to 80°C, with an accuracy of less than 0.1°C. The temperature data is continuously updated at a maximum rate of 6 seconds.The AMG8854M01 can be used in many applications and scenarios such as industrial control systems, medical, automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, and security systems.
