The AOZ1320DI-01 is a three-channel, externally controlled power distribution switch, load driver and voltage supervisor. This integrated power management circuit (PMIC) features a current limiter, an integrated low dropout regulator (LDO), an adjustable power-down output, and an adjustable power-off delay time. This device is capable of controlling up to three main power sources, as well as providing system protection against short circuit and over-power conditions.The AOZ1320DI-01 can be used to control power distribution of systems or subsystems. With its three-channel architecture, the device can be used to provide power to multiple components simultaneously, such as CPU, memory, and peripheral devices. The AOZ1320DI-01 is capable of providing up to 10 A of output current in to each channel.By using the over current detection and protection circuit, the AOZ1320DI-01 can limit the output current and protected the load in case of over current. When the current reaches a pre-set limit, the device automatically reduces the output current.
