AOZ1210AI Application Field and Working Principle

The AOZ1210AI is a high performance integrated synchronous buck regulator. It operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V and provides output currents up to 2A. With its built-in features such as programmable soft start, auto-fault shutdown, fixed switching frequency, defined discharging and adjustable current limit, it provides a highly reliable and flexible power supply design solution for a variety of applications.

Working Principle:

The AOZ1210AI is a synchronous buck switching regulator, which uses a pair of transistors – referred to as high side and low side – to switch the input voltage into a regulated lower voltage output. The low side transistor is connected to the output voltage, and the high side transistor is connected to the input voltage.
