The AP1117D33G-13 is a high-output voltage linear voltage regulator designed for applications such as personal mobile devices, industrial and automotive applications. Its output voltages ranges from 0.8v to 5.5v.This voltage regulator features high PSRR, thermal regulation and very low Current Consumption (less than 2μA). It also has a high output current capability of upto 1A with excellent line and load regulation characteristics.

The AP1117D33G-13 linear voltage regulator is an adjustable output regulator and provides an adjustable output voltage of 0.8V to 5.5V with a load current up to 1A with excellent line and load regulation capabilities. It is featured with thermal overload, short-circuit and current limit protection. Moreover, the output voltage of this regulator can be manually adjusted from 0.8V to 5.5V through two external resistors.
