AP1701DWG-7 is a Passivation Layer Supervision Package (PLSP) integrated circuit (IC). It is a member of the AP1701 series, which provides multiple levels of passivation for the application field such as automotive, defense and medical. This IC integrates the power management properties of an ESD protection circuit, voltage reference, voltage supervisor, temperature sensor, and oscillator into an all-in-one solution in a single package.

The range of input voltage supported by the AP1701DWG-7 IC is between 2.7V to 11V. The IC has a wide set of features like Extremely Low Operating Current (ELOC), programmable Voltage Detection Threshold (VDT), and High Power Source Driven Voltage Detection (HPSDV).
