AP8802EV1 is an evaluation board of LED Drivers, produced by Cree Inc. This evaluation board can be used for Cree\'s AP8802 series of LED drivers. It provides an easy way to evaluate the performance of the AP8802 and related Cree LEDs.The AP8802EV1 enables Cree\'s AP8802 series of LED drivers to be evaluated for applications in automotive, consumer, and general lighting. The evaluation board has been designed for two different applications: linear regulation for backlighting and buck-boost for general lighting. The AP8802 can be operated in boost, buck-boost, buck, and linear operation modes, with the evaluation board providing access to the AP8802\'s comprehensive feature set. The board also supports Cree\'s ultra-low-power PMOS technology to reduce the susceptibility of the AP8802’s output to PWM flicker.
