.APA2107SYCK/J3-PRV is a high-performance, dual-channel, constant-current-limiting LED driver IC for discrete LEDs. It is designed specifically for providing a low power, high-efficiency and controllable LED drive for various LED applications. This device can provide up to 10mA constant current for driving up to 4 LEDs. The APA2107SYCK/J3-PRV can be controlled via the I2C bus interface or with a direct selection control input.The driver features a programmable one-segment LED chain constant-current regulation, which provides a simpler and more efficient way to regulate LED chain current. When the LED further connects to the chain, a constant current will be applied regardless of variations in LED current. It also has an adjustable switching frequency up to 10MHz and supports an adjustable power on-delay and current on-off delay.The APA2107SYCK/J3-PRV can be used in various LED indicators and displays. With its rich set of features, the chip is perfect for applications such as backlighting, automotive lighting, illumination, billboards and more. It is also suited for harsh and high temperature environment, providing long life and reliable operation. The working principle of the APA2107SYCK/J3-PRV is relatively straightforward.
