Aluminum-polymer capacitors, or sometimes known as aluminium electrolytic capacitors, are a kind of capacitor which offers higher energy density and faster transient response than conventional electrolytic capacitors. The APXG250ARA270ME61G is one such example of an aluminum-polymer capacitor. This capacitor features a wide operating temperature range of -55 to +125 degrees Celsius, a long life expectancy of up to 5000 hours and high ripple current capability up to 85kA peak.
