AQ3041-01ETG is an integrated, bi-directional transient voltage protection solution developed by Alpha and Omega Semiconductor, Inc. This device provides enhanced protection to sensitive components in environmental or power control applications. AQ3041-01ETG is a typical TVS diode which offers robust protection against hazardous electrical transients caused by lightning, ESD, and electrical overload. This device consists of two ultra-low capacitance, high-voltage transient suppressors (TVS) integrated in a single package.
