Working Principle

The AQV410EHA is a four-terminal solid state relay, and the four terminals are typically labelled as COM, NO, NC and IN. The COM terminal is the common terminal and connects to the load’s neutral or common point; the NO and NC terminals are the normally open and normally closed terminals, respectively, and are connected to the load’s active or live points; the IN terminal is the input terminal, and this is where the control signal is applied.

When a logic high signal is applied to the IN terminal, the AQV410EHA triggers and establishes a conductive path between the NO and COM terminals, thus allowing current to flow through the load. When the logic high signal is removed, the AQV410EHA triggers again and establishes a conductive path between the NC and COM terminals, thus blocking the current flowing through the load. This on-off switching of the ah electric circuit is thus accomplished by the AQV410EHA.
