The AS3415-EQFM is a highly integrated analog Front End (AFE) IC designed specifically for portable devices. With its all-in-one design, it integrates all of the analog functions necessary for a remote audio system into a single IC.

The AS3415-EQFM includes various analog blocks such as opamps, filters, amplifiers, and ADC/DACs. It supports a wide range of audio input/output (I/O) options, making it suitable for a variety of portable audio applications.

Applications: The AS3415-EQFM is ideal for use in wireless audio systems, such as Bluetooth and WiFi, as well as portable media players and other consumer portable audio devices. Additionally, it can be used in automotive multimedia systems and home theater audio systems.

Working Principle: The AS3415-EQFM is an integrative audio front-end IC, which not only supports I/O interface between analog audio signal and digital devices, but also enables audio equalization and noise reduction by programmable equalizer, limiter and volume control.

To enable equalization, the AS3415-EQFM features a digital equalizer with programmable parameters. The equalizer supports up to 10 bands of frequency bands with adjustable levels for each. It is capable of up to 48 dB of gain, and can attenuate up to 24 dB per band.

To reduce noise, the AS3415-EQFM is equipped with a noise reduction circuit that can reduce up to 40 dB of noise. Additionally, the AS3415-EQFM includes a volume control circuit with up to 64 dB of control range.

Additionally, the AS3415-EQFM includes built-in support for advanced microphone combinations, such as single-ended, stereo and dual-ended configurations. It is also capable of supporting various microphone types, including top port, bottom port, and differential microphones.

The AS3415-EQFM supports a wide range of audio interfaces, such as I2S, PCM, TDM and I²C control interface. It is also compatible with multiple devices and systems, including ARM, HDMI, USB and Bluetooth.
