AS3435-EQFP active interface filters are popularly used in many applications, especially in high-performance computing, mobile systems, telecommunication, medical and military industries. This particular device is composed of an array of 24+3 channel cascaded filters and provides very effective EMI/RFI shielding. The main principle behind these advanced filters’ working is quite simple. When an alternating current (AC) signal is applied to the device, it separates it into two signals; one for the higher frequency band and the other for the lower frequency band. These signals are then separately filtered through a series of components, such as coils, capacitors and resistors, which ensure that only a certain frequency band reaches the desired output.
