It contains 4 memory bits: a 1-Kbit flash memory, a 512-Kbit EEPROM, and two 64-Kbit SRAMs. The I/O interface and address busses are LVTTL compatible, which allows for compatibility with most popular MCUs.The device operates at a maximum speed of 30 MHz and is specified for operation over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is packaged in a 56-contact micro-lead frame (MLF) 84-lead substrate and measures just 0.9” x 1.25” in active area.The AT17F040A-30CU is a reliable and cost-effective solution for the FPGA applications.
