1. Describe
AT24C16C-PUM provides 16,384-bit serial electrically erasable programmable read-only The memory (EEPROM) is organized into 2,048 words, each with 8 bits. The device is optimized for many Industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential. this The device uses space-saving 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP, 8-pin UDFN, 8-pin PDIP, 5-pin SOT23, 8-ball VFBGA and 8-pad XDFN packages. The operating voltage of all packages is 1.7V to 5.5V.

1. Low voltage operation:
– VCC = 1.7V to 5.5V
2. Internal organization is 2,048 x 8 (16K)
3. Industrial temperature range: -40°C to +85°C
4. I2C compatible (2-wire) serial interface:
– 100 kHz standard mode, 1.7V to 5.5V
– 400 kHz fast mode, 1.7V to 5.5V
– 1 MHz fast mode Plus (FM+), 2.5V to 5.5V
5. Schmitt trigger, filter input for noise suppression
6. Two-way data transmission protocol
7. Write protection pin for full array hardware data protection
8. Ultra-low active current (maximum 3 mA) and standby current (maximum 6 μA)
9. 16-byte page write mode:

10. Random and sequential read mode
11. Self-timed write cycle within 5 ms maximum
