AT24C512C-XHM-B is a 512 Kbit CMOS Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) and the device is organized as 65,536 words of 8 bits each. The device is optimized for use in industrial-based applications and is available with a wide variety of sector densities and enable/disable configurations. It is accessed through a two-wire serial interface and is compatible with a variety of system-level standards, such as I2C, SPI and Microwire serial interfaces.
