The AT25128B-MAHL-E is a 2-wire, 2.7 µA to 5.5 V Serial EEPROMs series. It is an 8-kbit serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM). It provides Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and I2C compatible serial-bus interfaces offering a range of options to match system requirements. Working Principle of AT25128B-MAHL-E

The write/erase operation is done through a standard two-wire serial interface such as I2C or SPI. The read operation is done through a single-wire I2C/SPI interface.
