The AT25DF021-MHF-T is a high-performance, Serial NVM (Non-Volatile Memory) device integrated with a rewritable 32-P-MOS Serial NVM cell technology. The AT25DF021-MHF-T also provides Support for 32k-Byte I2C/Serial EEPROM functions, such as read/write page, random read/write, erase memory sector and other operations.
