AT25F512B-MAH-T is a memory chip manufactured by Atmel. It is one of the most commonly used types of memory in electronic products and is popularly used in digital cameras, medical devices, portable audio players, and automotive devices. The AT25F512B-MAH-T memory chip utilizes Japanese Ferroelectric RAM (FRAM) technology, which combines the advantages of both static random access memory (SRAM) and dynamic random access memory (DRAM).
